Refund Policy for Events Booking

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a full refund if the event is cancelled by Kings Gardening Nursery or if there is a significant change to the event that a customer does not accept.

If Kings Gardening Nursery cancels the event, customers will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund of the ticket price.

If there are significant changes to the event (e.g., date or venue), customers will be given the option to accept the changes or receive a full refund.

Refund eligibility for customer cancellations depends on the timing of the cancellation in relation to the event date:
– More than 14 days before the event: Full refund of the ticket price.
– Less than 13 days before the event: No refund, except in exceptional circumstances.

Customers must submit a refund request in writing via email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request: [Event Name]”. The request must include:

– Using the same email address that the event was booked with
– Customer’s name
– Receipt number or invoice number
– Reason for cancellation (optional for 14 days or more before the event)

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of the approval of the refund request. The refund will be made to the original method of payment.

Kings Gardening Nursery is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by the customer. These costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), Kings Gardening Nursery will assess the situation and may offer refunds or rescheduled dates at its discretion.
