Terms and Conditions for Booking In-Person events

Welcome to Kings Gardening Nursery. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking any in-person events through our website. By booking a event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1. These Terms govern the booking and attendance of in-person events offered by Kings Gardening Nursery (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2.1. All events bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

2.2. To book an event, you must provide complete and accurate information during the booking process. Payment for the event must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

2.3. We accept payment by debit and credit cards via Stripe. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

4.1. You agree to arrive on time and participate in the event.

4.2. We expect all attendees to behave respectfully and professionally. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.

5.1. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit to participate in the event.

5.2. You agree to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by us or the event facilitator to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

6.1. All materials provided during the event, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Kings Gardening Nursery and are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without our written consent.

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of attending the event, except where such loss or damage is caused by our negligence.
